I'm guessing that it's being moved from a dealer auction or something.

Call me an idiot, but hat would the point of enclosed shipping be?
It's not a TV, it's designed to be outside

I've had a few cars shipped in my life (one from Texas to Maryland and one from Arizona to Maryland), and the issue is that when traveling such vast distances, cars can become victim to low-lying tree branches, and rock chips (both my windshields were pitted after the ship).
While it's OK to have most car's shipped without cover, I wouldn't suggest doing so to anything +100K.
